Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 or older residing in Australia who purchase general information ("Newsletters") from us, with the exception of directors, management, officers, and employees of Tabinyashi Media, its associated companies, agencies, and their relatives ("Eligible Participants"). Eligible Participants who purchase Newsletters, will automatically receive one entry, or multiple entries into the draw depending

Prize.
There is one (1) prize available, being $10,000 AUD (Ten-Thousand Australian Dollars). The prize must be accepted via wire transfer to an Austrlian Bank Account.
Draw.

The prize will be awarded to the first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Term. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed or is not accepted by the original winner, or if all reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been unsuccessful by -- pm AEST three days after the initial announcement ("Unclaimed Timeframe"), the relevant entry will be discarded. A redraw for the prize will take place one hour later AEST on the --th of July 2024 at Unit 801/59 O’Connell St, Kangaroo Point QLD 4169. The Prize and all components must be accepted as presented or will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, we bear no liability.
